Is Lucy Letby Innocent? Miscarriages of Justice.

Causation is an essential element to be proven in a civil case where the burden is simply on the balance of probabilities (51%) yet there was no proof that Lucy Letby caused the deaths of any baby to that standard of proof yet she was convicted beyond a reasonable doubt (99%).  This conviction and the following conviction in June 2024 at a retrial were all on Circumstantial Evidence and did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Lucy Letby caused the deaths of any baby.

There is simply no actual or real evidence that she did anything to cause harm to any baby or that their deaths were anything other than natural causes (as determined by the coroners).  

The allegations of harm only divert attention away from failing clinical and legal systems.
